Bruce Hershenson has just listed a special five-day auction of 7,000 vintage film stills. The 1,244 lots he has grouped them in a total of 1,244 lots. Every still offered is a classic 8” by 10” official studio release. There are stills from almost every decade of Cinema, from the thirties to the year 2002.

This time out, Hershenson is trying something a little different. He normally runs his auctions a little longer, but this event is scheduled for only five days. It started on April 14 and is scheduled to close on April 19. That means that movie fans will need to act quickly if they want to see the amazing amount of history that he has placed for viewing.

Hershenson knows that it is just not collectors who visit his site. Historians and movie fans also love to see what he has posted. The images are clear and they are grouped easily for casual viewing. In addition, he also lists his large collection of past catalogs for sale each week. They are turning out to be collector's items in their own right.
